Relationships and the workplace…
The workplace can often be the place where people find romance. Is this right or wrong ? Or is there a fine line somewhere in there ?
Can an employer make rules against relationships in the workplace ?
If they did… couldnt that create an environment where everyone is constantly suspicious of each other, and thus actually creating a worse situation ?
